5 Tips to Safely Run in the Dark


Hello divas and happy hump day! I hope that your week is going well so far. It is abnormally warm which has been odd to say the least. But I am finally feeling better from all my sinus issues which means I can finally get back to running after a 2.5 weeks off due to rest and sickness. Aside from running in cold weather, I am also most often running in low light or darkness. So today I am sharing my 5 Tips to Safely Run in the Dark.
