Personally, I love triceps. Seeing a wicked set of lean, defined, and bulky triceps is a great indicator of the overall fitness of a person. It’s one of the very few muscles that I actually enjoy working out. It’s just not that tedious to me, and they’re relatively easy to build compared to many other muscles.
