“I can only work out if I get it done as soon as I get up in the morning.”
“If I wait until after work or later in the day to work out, it just keeps on being pushed back .
Basically everyone I talk to says that working out in the morning is the best way to ensure that it gets done.
But of course, the problem is that most of us are faced with busy mornings. If you’re a mom, you’re dealing with getting kids up and ready to get out the door. Getting yourself ready. Packing lunches. Making breakfasts. So many things are going on in the morning, and finding the time to workout just doesn’t happen for a lot of people.
